Ireland based airline Aer Lingus has launched Sky Dine, a premium pre-ordered three-course meal option, for economy passengers on its transatlantic flights between Dublin/Shannon (Ireland) and the US. The airline is now accepting pre-orders and the first meals will be served onboard on February 14.
The three available Sky Dine meal options are the Steak House Meal, Cod with Salsa Verde, and Chicken and Black Pudding. The Sky Dine meals have been created by Aer Lingus Head Chef James Keaveney and are accompanied by a choice of red or white wine.
