Air Canada plans to expand its flights and offered services/capacity to European destinations from the Canadian cities of Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver and Calgary in its 2014 summer schedule.
The airline will also launch year-round non-stop flights between Toronto to Milan, Italy with up to five flights per week. This will be the only non-stop flight between Canada and Milan.
Air Canada subsidiary Air Canada rouge will launch seasonal non-stop flights on the Toronto-Lisbon, Toronto-Manchester, Montreal-Barcelona and Montreal-Nice routes in summer 2014.
Air Canada flights on the year-round Toronto-Istanbul non-stop route will be increased to daily from three times a week at present.
The airline will also introduce its new international Premium Economy cabin on its Vancouver to London Heathrow flights year-round and on Montreal to London Heathrow flights during the summer travel season.
It will operate larger wide-body aircraft on flights from Calgary to London Heathrow and Frankfurt and from Montreal to Brussels and Geneva in the peak summer season.
