Air New Zealand will add 5,000 more return seats to its North America flights beginning in April 2013. The airline will achieve this by increasing flight frequency from San Francisco, Vancouver and Los Angeles to Auckland. Flights on the San Francisco-Auckland route will increase from five times a week at present to daily. On the Los Angeles- Auckland route flights will increase from 12 times a week to twice-daily. Services on the Vancouver-Auckland route will expand to three weekly return flights during non-peak periods and five weekly return flights during peak periods.
