Air Tahiti Nui will introduce new in-flight entertainment (IFE) systems and redesigned cabins on its three Airbus 340-300 aircraft in April 2013. The aircraft will be used on its Los Angeles and Paris routes.
The new cabin configuration will replace the existing three-class configuration with two classes – an enhanced Poerava Business Class and an upgraded Economy Class Moana. The business class will feature fully-flat seats in a 2-2 configuration with 60-inch seat pitch.
The new IFE systems will provide on-demand touch-screen access to nearly 50 movies and TV programs and also offer magazines, games and music.
Air Tahiti services include daily non-stop flights to Tahiti from Los Angeles and Paris.
