Taking pets on flights is generally a difficult experience for pet-owners as well as the pets. As most airlines do not allow pets in the cabin, pets often have to travel as baggage. Last year alone, 35 animal deaths were reported by US commercial airlines. Victor, a private jet charter and booking service provider, has launched an air travel service for pets that addresses the concerns of pet-owners. Victor’s Pet Jet Share Community provides per-seat-priced air travel for dogs on private jet charters in Europe. The dogs travel in the cabin alongside their owners. Pricing is comparable to business class fares on commercial airlines.
