Qantas Petitioned To Allow American Staffies

Australian airline Qantas has been requested by over 3,000 Facebook users to review its ban on American Staffordshire terriers in aircraft. The campaign to cancel the ban has received massive support on Facebook and Twitter and its supporters have also voiced their complaints at the airline’s official Facebook page.

The Staffordshire terrier has been on the airline’s no-fly list for about 10 years and is banned for being too aggressive. Besides American staffies, Qantas also bans the Brazilian Fila, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, American Pit Bull and Pit Bull Terrier for transport as cargo.
