British Airways is planning to launch service to South Korea’s capital, Seoul, beginning next month. The new service is a part of the carrier’s efforts to launch new flights to Asia and North America using the Heathrow (London) slots of BMI, which merged into BA in October.
The chief executive of BA’s parent company stated that the airline is in negotiations with many Asian airports for new flights. British Airways gained 42 extra slots at Heathrow after it acquired BMI.
