JAL Chicago-Tokyo First Class Reviewed

Japan Airlines’ Boeing 777-300 flight to Tokyo (Narita) has just eight first class suites arranged in two rows of 1-2-1. The lie-flat seats are spacious, measuring 26 inches wide and about 80 inches long. Each seat has a 19-inch in-flight entertainment screen with a detachable remote. Meal service includes Japanese and Western menus with an impressive wine selection.

The flight-crew speak fluent English and are exceedingly polite. Passengers are provided with a comfortable Tempurpedic mattress for sleeping which leads to a high quality in-flight sleep experience. Overall, it is a pleasant and comfortable ride with the food and sleep experience being the highlights.
