Plastic Waste Powered Aircraft Plans Flight

A small Cessna aircraft, powered entirely by fuel made from waste plastic, is expected to fly from Sydney to London via the Middle East, in a few months. The fuel used in the aircraft will be made from heating plastic waste and is similar to aviation fuel. The Australian pilot behind the “Wings of Waste” flight, Jeremy Rowsell, aims to raise public awareness about the potential uses of plastic waste through his endeavor.
