To find your best deals

  • Select whether you plan to fly one way, round-trip or if you plan multiple stops on your flight.  AirBank’s search engine can include up to 3 destinations with the Multi-City selection.  If your itinerary is more complicated and involves many stops, please contact us to price your best fare.
  • Choose your departure and arrival airports; if you want to check pricing for nearby airports, select the distance you prefer on the drop-down menu.
  • Enter your travel dates (change “flexible dates” in the drop down menu to “+/- 1″  if your plans are flexible and you prefer to travel on the cheapest dates).
  • Select the number of passengers including any children or  infants.
  • Indicate whether you prefer a specific airline, class of service or only non-stop flights.  When the search engine returns the results, you will also be able to view only non-stop flights or flights by specific airlines  – to find the cheapest flights, it’s best to start with a search for all the options and narrow the choices from there.

If you’ve found your cheapest flights on our search engine and have any questions or prefer not to enter your credit card details online, please call us at 1-888-825-4529 (during business hours) or send us an email with the dates, departure and arrival destinations, passenger names and the pricing you found as soon as possible.

We’ll be happy to assist you and can hold your tickets for a few hours.   Your payment information can be given to us over the telephone or by fax.

Unfortunately, airfare prices change constantly until a flight itinerary is ticketed.  Payment in full is required to guaranty pricing and to have tickets issued.  Once your flights have been booked, you are able to check your flight itinerary and print copies of your e-tickets on checkmytrip.com, an  airplane ticket itinerary service supported by all the airlines.

If you book your flights with AirBank and need to request seat assignments, special meals or services or include frequent flier information, send us an email or call.

Please note that our consolidator partner requires additional information when:

  • You will not be traveling and plan to pay for someone else’s ticket.
  • You are booking flights to Africa (due to an exceptionally high incidence of fraud for online purchases of flights to Africa).

There are no fees or additional charges when you book your flights with AirBank.  The only exception is when an airline requires a paper ticket.

Most airlines now have electronic tickets for all their flights, although several smaller international carriers do not issue e-tickets.   International airplane tickets for infants also are usually paper tickets.  We charge the additional cost of delivering paper tickets – and will always confirm your address and  let you know the cost before the charge is processed.
