Ryanair, the UK-based low-cost airline that has become notorious for its stinginess and providing a bare bones travel experience, has introduced a 2 percent credit card processing fee on all bookings paid for by a credit card beginning on December 2. This fee is in addition to the £6 (about $10) administration fee it currently charges.
The extra fees are not applicable to passengers paying with debit cards or the airline’s Cash Passport card or German ELV transfer.
