British Airways has started rolling out its customer recognition program, “Know Me,” for sending information about certain high-end passengers to cabin crew equipped with iPads. The program aims at giving personalized attention to premium customers by enabling the cabin crew to have easy access to the customer’s preferences and flight-history.
The program also involves recognition of premium passengers through Google Images when the passengers enter the aircraft. The airline said that the program has been received positively so far.
