Great news for Boston! Dubai-based Emirates, one of the fastest growing carriers in the world and frequent winner of best airline awards, will launch daily non-stop flights between its Dubai hub and Boston from March 10, 2014.
The flights will be operated with Boeing 777-200LR aircraft featuring three classes of service – First, Business and Economy. All classes will benefit from Emirates’ renowned service and can enjoy the aircraft’s comfort, including individual in-flight widescreen entertainment systems with over 1,500 channels of games, music, TV and movies.
The daily flights (EK237) will depart from Dubai at 9:45am local time and arrive in Boston at 3:15pm local time. The return flights (EK238) will depart from Boston at 10:55pm, and land in Dubai at 7:10pm the next day. From Dubai, passengers can stop over to experience Dubai or connect to one of Emirates many flights to destinations in Asia, Africa, Europe, the Middle East or Oceania.
Emirates currently has a partnership with JetBlue that allows passengers of the two airlines to fly on each other’s flights and earn frequent flier miles.
Boston will be Emirates’s eighth destination in the US and ninth destination in North America.
