Emirates will expand the in-flight entertainment options for kids on its flights during the coming holiday season.
The airline will increase children-oriented content including new release movies, Disney classics and a big selection of TV programs on its ice Digital Widescreen in-flight entertainment systems from December.
The kid-friendly entertainment content on Emirates will include Bubble Guppies, Spongebob, Team Umizoomi, Thomas & Friends, Dora the Explorer, Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, Austin & Ally, and The Gruffalo. This will be in addition to the BBC’s CBeebies, the pre-school channel, Disney Jr., the Cartoon Network and over 15 channels of children’s television.
About 15 movies will be offered including Despicable Me 2, One Direction: This is Us, The Smurfs 2, Planes, and The Croods.
The airline will also offer 40 Disney Classics, ranging from all-time favorites such as 101 Dalmatians, Cinderella and Mary Poppins, to modern popular content such as Cars, Toy Story and all four Pirates of the Caribbean movies.
