Finnair, which will celebrate its 90th birthday on November 1, is marking the event by introducing a series of new products and service upgrades in its aircraft cabins.
From November 1, the airline will significantly upgrade in-flight entertainment options on long-haul flights and offer a choice of 72 movies and more than 150 TV shows, to be made available on demand in both Economy and Business Classes.
In-flight entertainment will be included in the ticket-price in both classes on all Finnair long-haul flights.
Other upgrades include more choices of wine, beer and spirits in the Finnair Helsinki airport lounge and new signature menus in Business Class. Finnair is also introducing entertainment-content loaded Samsung tablets for rent (approximately $13.50 or 10 euros) on its new Airbus A321 aircraft.
