Finnair is offering new Signature menus in business class on its long-haul flights in Fall 2013 to celebrate its 90th anniversary.
The menus, designed by top Finnish chefs Pekka Terävä and Tomi Björck, will also be available on Finnair flights from New York, Chicago, and Miami.
Chef Terävä’s menu offers classic Finnish cuisine options such as reindeer fillet with mushroom puree, oven-baked potatoes and organic barley.
Chef Björck’s menu includes Thai and Japanese elements such as butternut squash dressed in Asian spices, and Japanese ramen noodles with spicy salmon. Each menu is accompanied by various wines.
The new menus will not be available on flights to Chongquing, Xi’an, and Hanoi.
