At present there are only two airlines that operate the much sought-after Boeing 787 Dreamliner from the US. Japan-based All Nippon Airways (ANA) is among the two operators. ANA launched the 787 service between Seattle and Tokyo on Oct 1 and will launch another Dreamliner service between San Jose and Tokyo in January.
The business class on the ANA’s Dreamliner offers a delightful service, excellent privacy, much lower noise-levels compared to other aircraft (a Dreamliner feature), direct aisle access for each business-class passenger because of the staggered seat-layout, 17-inch video screens and true 180° lie-flat seats with 62-inch seat pitch.
