United become the only US airline to offer full-flat bed business class seats on all its international flights operating from New York in May 2013.
The airline has so far installed new United Global First and United BusinessFirst cabins with the full-flat seats in 182 aircraft of its international fleet.
Earlier this year, the airline introduced Premium Service on its US transcontinental flights from JFK to Los Angeles and San Francisco. The refitted Boeing 767-300 planes used on these flights include the full flat seats in business class.
With nearly 450 flights to 150 overseas destinations, United also offers the most nonstop international flights from New York’s 3 major airports – Newark Liberty, JFK and LaGuardia.
United also offers the highest number of flat-bed seats and extra-legroom economy seats from the three airports.
