Plaza Premium Lounge, the airport lounge operator, will open a new flagship pay-in lounge in the East Hall at Hong Kong International Airport in November 2013.
The 24-hour, 15,000 square-foot lounge will be the largest commercial airport lounge in Asia and will offer a peaceful, luxurious stay with stylish and modern facilities.
The lounge will serve authentic local dishes, including Hong Kong-style milk tea, pineapple buns with butter, Chinese rice cakes and egg tarts.
Other dining highlights include an in-lounge bakery, salad bar, coffee and tea station, noodle bar (including a signature Hong Kong-style fish ball noodle), tapas bar and slow-cooked meats – a first in any airport lounge in the world.
Lounge amenities include high-speed WiFi Internet, workstations, electrical outlets, printing and photocopying services, VIP room and an exclusive lounge area for meetings/conferences.
Plaza Premium is headquartered in Hong Kong and has a total of four lounges at Hong Kong International Airport.
The new lounge is located adjacent to Gate 1 on Level 6 of Terminal 1. Plaza Premium offers lounge access to all travelers, regardless of their airline or flight status, with payment for access to its lounges.
Qantas and Cathay Pacific are also opening new lounges at Hong Kong Airport in the coming months.
