More and more photos – along with with reviews and ratings – of airline meals are appearing online on websites such as Airlinemeals.net, enabling travelers to browse and compare other people’s in-flight food experiences. The site now has nearly 26,000 photos from about 600 airlines. The airlines too are taking notice of the trend and working toward increasing the quality and presentation of their meals. It’s no wonder that some airlines like Qatar Airways are employing Michelin-starred chefs to improve the quality of their in-flight meals.
