Japan Airlines plans to launch Boeing 787 Dreamliner flights to Sydney and Bangkok beginning in December.
The Dreamliner flights between Tokyo Narita Airport and Sydney will be launched from December 1.
JAL will introduce Dreamliners on 4 of the 14 roundtrip flights between Tokyo Narita and Bangkok from December 2. The remaining 10 flights will be upgraded to Boeing 777-200ER aircraft. Currently, the route is served solely by Boeing 767-200 aircraft.
The 787-8 Dreamliners will feature JAL SHELL FLAT NEO business class seats while the 777s will feature JAL SHELL FLAT SEAT business class seats.
The seven weekly roundtrip flights between Tokyo Haneda and Bangkok will also be upgraded to 777-200ERs from December 1.
