Japan Airlines (JAL) will introduce upgraded Boeing 767-300ERs featuring new JAL SKY SUITE 767 Business and Economy cabins on flights between Tokyo (Narita) and Vancouver from December 09, 2013.
JAL says that the upgrades are designed to evoke a ‘one-class higher’ feel.
In Business class, JAL SKY SUITE II features include fully-flat seats with direct aisle access, 15.4 inch in-flight entertainment displays and a USB port and universal AC power outlet at each seat.
In Economy class, JAL SKY WIDER offers increased (84-86 cm) seat pitch, a slim-style seat-back design with up to 4 inches more legroom than the current seats, 10.6-inch in-flight entertainment displays and a USB port and universal AC power outlet at each seat.
JAL Sky Suite 767 will be introduced on flights between Tokyo (Narita) and Kuala Lumpur from January 2014. The airline also plans to introduce the new cabins on other long-distance Southeast Asia and Honolulu routes.
