Japan Airlines (JAL) launched a Japanese beef bowl meal option in collaboration with popular Japanese beef bowl restaurant chain, Yoshinoya, on select North American and European flights on September 1.
The meal service, dubbed Air Yoshinoya, is the 10th installment of the AIR Series – JAL’s popular in-flight meal service.
The Air Yoshinoya meals will be provided in a special box which will come with a removable tray for stewed beef and steamed rice in the bottom of the box. The rice and beef can be enjoyed together or separately.
Air Yoshinoya meals will be available in Premium Economy and Economy on flights between Tokto Narita and Los Angeles, San Diego, Chicago, Boston, New York, London, Frankfurt, Paris and Helsinki.
