JetBlue will launch daily non-stop flights to the Trinidad & Tobago capital city, Port of Spain, from Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport and New York’s JFK Airport in 2014.
The twice-daily flights from New York JFK to Piarco International Airport in Port of Spain will be launched on February 24, 2014.
The once-daily flights from Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood Airport to Port of Spain will be launched on May 1, 2014.
Both the routes will be operated using 150-seat Airbus A320 aircraft.
Currently, JetBlue flies to 27 Latin American and Caribbean destinations with the region accounting for nearly one-third of the airline’s network.
JetBlue is also launching flights to Port-au-Prince, Haiti in the coming winter.
