Korean Air, South Korea’s flag carrier, is increasing the frequency of its flights between Seoul and the Canadian cities of Toronto and Vancouver in Spring 2013.
The airline will increase the frequency on the Seoul Incheon-Vancouver route to daily from June 20. It will also increase the frequency on Seoul Incheon-Toronto route to daily from June 24.
Korean Air operates 5 flights a week on both the routes at present.
The airline is also replacing the 261-seat Boeing 777-200 aircraft used on the Vancouver route with Boeing 747-400 aircraft. The new aircraft will offer 365-seats – an additional 104 seats.
Korean Air will continue to use the Boeing 777-200 aircraft on the Seoul-Toronto route.
