Airport lounges are a fantastic amenity for air travelers seeking to relax and catch up with work during layovers and waiting periods. Lounges have been traditionally available only to business class and first-class travelers. However, economy passengers can also get access to many lounges by paying cash, through airline memberships plans or through rewards programs.
For example, travelers can purchase membership in Air Canada’s Maple Leaf Club to get access to its lounges. The prices range from $365 for 15 locations in Canada to about $650 for over 270 locations worldwide. Passengers can also pay for one-time use as well by paying $30 to $45.
