Low-cost Norwegian airline, Norwegian Air Shuttle, will now offer free water to passengers on its flights, according to The Telegraph. The airline will now also accept cash payments for food and blankets on its long-haul flights.
The airline recently was in the news for the inconvenience faced by its long-haul passengers as they were unable to pay for food, water or blankets with cash on its long-haul flights.
The airline did not offer free water even on its flights long-haul flights until now and allowed the purchase of food/water and blankets only with a credit card.
Norwegian Air Shuttle, which was recently named the best European low-cost airline by SkyTrax, operates low-cost long-haul flights on Oslo-New York’s JFK and Oslo-Bangkok routes.
