Russian airline Aeroflot will install Wifi Internet access on 26 of its aircraft in this year. The airline plans to introduce Inmarsat satellite-based Internet connectivity, developed in partnership with OnAir, on 22 of its Airbus A330 and four Boeing 777 aircraft.
Aeroflot was the first Russian carrier to offer in-flight mobile connections and Internet access with the launch of these services in 2010.
