Qatar Airways will launch direct daily non-stop Dreamliner flights to Bali from its Doha hub on July 21, adding a comfortable option for US visitors, especially from the US east coast, flying to the Indonesian island.
The 10-hour flight will replace Qatar’s earlier flight to Bali from Doha; this flight also stops in Singapore.
Initially, the route will be serviced by Airbus A330 aircraft. From October, the flights to Bali will be operated by Boeing 787 Dreamliners.
From the US East coast, Qatar Airways is launching daily non-stop flights to Doha from Miami from June 10, and from Dallas/Fort Worth on July 1.
Qatar Airways currently also operates daily non-stop flights to Doha from 5 US destinations – Chicago, Houston, New York JFK, Washington D.C. and Philadelphia.
Qatar Airways flights from the US are operated by Boeing 777 aircraft with 42 fully-flat bed Business class seats in a 2-2-2 layout.
The Qatar Airways’ Dreamliners have a two-cabin configuration, with 22 seats in Business Class.
Qatar Airways Dreamliner Business Class features include a 1-2-1 seat layout, fully-flat bed convertible seats, in-flight WiFi Internet access, and a mobile texting service.
Travelers flying to Bali via Doha will also benefit from the quick international transfer at Doha’s soon to be opened Hamad International Airport.
From Doha, passengers can also connect with the airline’s extensive network for flights to India, Africa, the Middle East and Asia including Abu Dhabi, Bangkok, Delhi, Hong Kong, Jakarta, Nairobi, Kuala Lumpur, Colombo, and the Maldives.
