Hong Kong based Cathay Pacific operates Boeing 777-300ER aircraft on many of its long-haul routes including those to North America. The airline is upgrading its business class cabins with fully flat seats, more storage space, 15.5 inch in-flight entertainment (IFE) displays and multi-port/USB connectors at each seat.
On the reviewed Hong Kong – London Heathrow flight, the angled business class seats offer good privacy and space with conveniently located controls. Passengers are given Agnes B amenity kits which includes some Murad personal care products.
The cabin crew is polite and attentive and the inflight meal/drink options are diverse, delicious and interesting with six varieties of wines on offer. The overall experience is excellent.
