Scoot, the low-cost subsidiary of Singapore Airlines, will induct 20 Boeing 787 Dreamliners into its fleet starting from 2014. The airline has opted for the stretched 787-9 version of the aircraft, which will have a capacity of over 300 passengers with ScootBiz business class and economy seating. The 20 aircraft were originally ordered by Singapore Airlines.
