Continuing its expansion into Australia, Singapore Airlines will increase its daily flights from Singapore to Perth from three to four beginning October 28th. The additional flight will be serviced with a new Boeing 777 with flight time to Perth estimated to take slightly more than three hours.
Earlier Singapore Airlines announced it will increase its flights to Melbourne to two each day, serviced with an Airbus A380 effective this August.
Singapore Airlines also plans to upgrade the aircraft to an Airbus A380 on its route to Hong Kong, continuing to San Francisco, during the 2012-13 winter season.
