Singapore Airlines announced in Fall 2013 the introduction of new cabin products, featuring enhanced, ergonomic seats and an upgraded in-flight entertainment system with its new Boeing 777-300ER aircraft.
The aircraft will be introduced on the Singapore-London route. Earlier in 2013, the airline took delivery of the first of its eight upgraded Boeing 777s on order.
The aircraft features more spacious and comfortable seats in First, Business and Economy classes with all seats having iPhone and USB connections.
The new advanced in-flight entertainment system features larger screens and touch-screen handsets. The in-flight entertainment monitors in First Class have 24-inch screens, the displays in Business class have 18-inch screens while the displays in Economy have 11.1-inch screens.
