The new Star Alliance Lounge at Los Angeles International Airport’s renovated Tom Bradley International Terminal officially opened on September 25, 2013.
The 18,000 square foot facility has seating space for over 400 guests including an exclusive area for First Class passengers.
The lounge also offers a unique open air terrace with panoramic views of the northern runway toward the Hollywood Hills.
Lounge features include high-speed WiFi Internet, eight shower rooms, a bar area, a library space, a den, a study and a media room. The lounge also offers tablet computers on request for use in the lounge.
The lounge interior features Los Angeles inspired design elements such as black and white photos shot by renowned photographer Peter Lik, locally sourced products and furniture, and glazed ceramic tile feature walls created by local artisans.
The lounge is available for use by First, Business and Star Alliance Gold Card passengers of Star Alliance member airlines.
Eight Star Alliance airlines operate from the Tom Bradley terminal at present – Air New Zealand, All Nippon Airways (ANA), Asiana, EVA Air, Lufthansa, Singapore Airlines, SWISS, THAI and Turkish Airlines.
