For business travelers, a good amount of time spent traveling is up in the air inside a plane’s cabin. Because of this, airlines’ in-flight experience is usually tailored to business travelers. Despite being seasoned air passengers, they still get annoyed by certain things.
A survey was commissioned to find out what bothers high frequency travelers. Surprisingly, the common complaints weren’t trivial things like meals or functioning movies but rather it was the lack of personal space. More to the point, a lack of legroom, excessive space being taken up by a seatmate and passengers in front reclining too far are the complaints at the top of the list.
