Sleeping during a flight can be a real ordeal, especially in the increasingly cramped confines of economy class.
Travel website Infinite Legroom has compiled a list of 10 different ways you can sleep in an aircraft.
The site has also helpfully assigned names to some “classic” sleeping positions, such as “The Window Lean” – sleeping while leaning on your pillow placed against the window, “Ball-Up” – sleeping balled-up with your head placed on your knees and “Heads Down, Seven Up” – sleeping with your head placed on the tray-table.
We haven’t found a way to fall asleep on an airplane. Share your best way for sleeping on an airplane and we”ll give it a try on our next flight.
