Virgin Australia will be significantly increasing the available codeshare flight options to Europe next year through agreements with its partners Etihad and Singapore Airlines.
Travelers will be able to fly to Europe either on Singapore Airlines through Singapore’s Changi Airport or on Etihad with a connection in Abu Dhabi. The 12 European destinations covered by new codeshare agreements are London, Manchester, Paris, Barcelona, Rome, Milan, Zurich, Munich, Frankfurt, Copenhagen, Moscow and Amsterdam.
Both Etihad and Singapore Airlines have a 10 percent stake in Virgin Australia.
